Request account deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Wolf Inc. account and the data associated with it, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address connected to your Wolf Inc. account. Use the subject “Wolf Inc. account deletion request” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.

What happens next

  1. We may contact you at the account email address to verify ownership.
  2. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated user-provided data.
  3. We will confirm when the request has been processed.

Data that may be deleted

This may include your account profile, properties, reservations, guest details, collaboration records, cleaning and inventory data, uploaded media, AI conversation records, notification tokens, and related operational content associated with your account.

Limited retention

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements. Backup copies may remain until overwritten in the ordinary course.
